Having originally sold the building on an unconditional basis back in 2022, we're pleased to announce that we have sold it...again..! This time with the benefit of full planning permission to replace the existing building with a new build block comprising a ground floor retail unit, a first-floor office and 9 apartments.
We look forward to seeing the site come forward, replacing the building currently in situ which has well and truly come to the end of its life cycle.
