Situated next to the railway line, the site wasn't without its complications, however the pros certainly outweighed the cons for most. A variety of proposals were received, some of which offered the commercial space back to the sellers once built, however they decided to proceed with an offer which gave them a clean exit from the site. The was site sold to a local developer who has completed several similar sized projects in Kent.
